Ukraine conference & FAGUS Poster

At the beginning of June a conference was held in Ukraine whose topic was greatly consistent with the objectives of the Life FAGUS project. The title of the conference was Primeval Beech Forests: Reference Systems for the Management and Conservation of Biodiversity, Forest Resources and Ecosystem Services.

A poster on the project life FAGUS was presented and several people among the conference participants showed interest for the project. Relevant discussions within the poster session occurred with scientists and professionals of several European countries: Germany, Poland, Spain and Hungary.
